If you are interested in vending with us, please read the information below carefully.

Vendor applications close on July 6, 2025 or when we reach full capacity--whichever is sooner. We recommend applying as early as possible.

All vendor approvals are subject to Philadelphia Pagan Pride approval and submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

To complete your application, you must submit your Hold Harmless Agreement and FULL payment. Applicants who do not submit both will NOT be considered until receipt of the missing requirement.

If you must mail a check, please contact us and we will arrange payment.
